The policy is simply too strict on that point. There are places where you can allow the best, and I think this is an example of that.” He points to the new roof tiles, skylights and central heating pipes. “You see all kinds of things here that were not there before, and you have to understand that. Look here is also a lamppost, which you did not have in 1628 either.”
