As a result of a public opinion poll conducted by ABC after the special prosecutor’s report that pointed out the issue of Biden’s age was released, 86% of respondents answered that “Biden is too old to be re-elected.”
Nine out of 10 respondents said that Biden, who is 81 years old, is too old to be president.
Special Prosecutor Robert Huh, who previously investigated the leak of confidential documents during President Biden’s vice presidency, decided not to indict Biden and released his investigation report on the 8th.
In the report, the special prosecutor said that jurors would view Biden as “an old man with a bad memory but no malice,” and that it was unlikely that he would be found guilty even if indicted.
At the same time, Biden mentioned memory problems several times, saying he could not remember the year he was vice president or the year his eldest son Beau Boyden died.

“An independent special counsel appointed by the Biden administration’s attorney general cited the age issue in concluding not to bring charges. It is bound to be a bigger political blow.″
Afterwards, President Biden held an emergency press conference, and even Vice President Harris and First Lady Jill Biden came forward and criticized the special prosecutor for having political intentions, but the impact is not easily subsiding.
Former President Trump is also older at 77 years old, but the age issue is becoming a bigger weakness for Biden.
In this survey, 62% of respondents said Trump was too old to be president, and respondents considered Biden’s age issue more serious than Trump’s.
