Kozhikode: The CPM is against Governor Arif Muhammad Khan in the case of the death of a 70-year-old man who collapsed at Mithaitheru. Ashokan, a native of Chevayur, was beaten to death. Ashokan collapsed while standing at the LIC bus stop. It is alleged that Ashoka was delayed in getting to the hospital due to the traffic jam caused by the governor’s unexpected visit to the candy store. Ashoka was admitted to the hospital around 12.55. The explanation given by the police is that it was not too late to take the confused person to the hospital.
