Controversy Erupts as Queen Camilla Wears Queen Elizabeth’s Favorite Crown

Queen Camilla looks radiant when attending a special dinner at the Mansion House in London, England, Wednesday (18/10/2023). King Charles’ wife wore Queen Elizabeth’s favorite crown for the first time. His appearance did not receive a good response from the public.

The 76-year-old woman wore a black dress with sparkling silver channel details. Her appearance was even more luxurious with a diamond-studded headpiece which was the crown that belonged to Queen Elizabeth’s grandmother, Queen Mary.

Queen Mary gave the precious crown to Elizabeth as a wedding gift when she married Prince Philip in 1947.

The tiara is one of the pieces of jewelry that Queen Elizabeth wears most often and is said to be the Queen’s favorite crown. When Queen Camilla wore the head jewelry again, criticism immediately aimed at her.

“Even though I’m happy to see the tiara again, I’m not ready for other people to wear it,” wrote a netizen on Twitter.

“No! That is Queen Elizabeth’s trademark tiara. She wore it too quickly,” commented another netizen.

“Did he jump into the Queen’s coffin to snatch it?” quipped another netizen.
