Controversial Video: Kuwaiti Artist Shams Sparks Debate with Dance Performance

Arts – Books by Amir Al-Tohamy – The Kuwaiti artist, Shams, sparked controversy after appearing in a video clip while she was dancing in one of the places on the song (Number One) by the Egyptian artist, Mohamed Ramadan.

And Shams appeared in the video, which she published on the Snapchat application, wearing a blue blouse and pants, and dancing with one of her friends on the song Number One and the song Kahraba, and commented, “From Egypt, the mother of the world,” according to (Nort).

The Kuwaiti artist did not escape the wide reactions that criticized her, while others said that she was dancing in a cabaret in Egypt, while others defended her, stressing that she was enjoying her time normally and naturally.

And Shams Al-Kuwaiti recently released her latest video clip, entitled “Kahraba”, which is from the popular Egyptian festivals music, and rap singer Mustafa Waqqi participated with her.

And (Kahraba), written and composed by Essam Shaaban, distributed by Islam Loma, supervised by Abu Saber, mixed and mastered by Osama Tarek, and is one of her songs from her new Egyptian album “Schizophrenia”.
