Lottie Weaver recently posted a video on TikTok titled “Controversial Things We Do As Parents.”
The woman explained that some of them are not raising children in a religious spirit, as well as openly showing feelings and love at home in front of children. She also added that she does more than just help her daughters with their math homework.
“I know all parents help their kids with their homework, but if my kids are busy or in a hurry, I’ll do it for them. Because I won’t stress them out over math problems they don’t have time for. Maybe it’s not right, but I do it!” the mother explained in the video.
The woman also added that due to additional time pressure, some of the assigned homework seems too difficult for the children.
“Also, I do most of the assignments and projects for them because some of the things that the teachers give…” Weaver stated.
The video, which has been viewed more than 350,000 times, caused a lot of discussion – while most of the comments were supportive and praised the woman for being so supportive of her children, there were commenters who also did not understand how involved she was in the children’s lives.
