This Tuesday the Judge Daniel Urrutia added a new controversy, after it became known that benefited a Colombian drug traffickerwith whom he shares a defense attorney.
According to what was reported by From beforeone of those benefited by Judge Urrutia is Rafael Marín Vielma, of Colombian nationality and who is serving a 15-year prison sentence in the High Security Prison.
The magistrate ordered that the prisoner could receive an intimate visit from his partner Leidy Nelly Martínez Moreno. Said resolution was issued on January 19 and instructed the Gendarmerie to allow the visit within a period of 15 days. Let us remember that the institution has questioned this type of meetings, since they do not have the infrastructure for these meetings.

Judge Daniel Urrutia and a possible conflict of interest
