Horizon Forbidden West upgrade to PlayStation 5 still possible

Otherwise, the upgrade would not be possible. It’s a bit of a contentious decision and is grist to Microsoft’s mill. Because with those game consoles it is very easy to make the upgrade. You can upgrade Horizon Forbidden West to the PlayStation 5 for free, but that will no longer be the case for future games that are published by Sony itself. Games like Gran Turismo 7 and the new God of War can be upgraded, but then it will cost you ten euros. So you still have a less good deal than with Microsoft. However, there is a good chance that you will actually have such a game console at home by mid-2022 and therefore no longer need to upgrade.
