Jeong and Thicke didn’t like Giuliani taking part in the show and walked away. Jeong is an American comedian known for his role as Mr. Chow in “The hangover” movies. Singer Robin Thicke had a huge hit in 2013 with “Blurred Lines”. The other judges, model and actress Jerry McCarthy and singer Nicole Scherzinger, known from the Pussycat Dolls, remained on stage. Eventually, Jeong and Thicke also returned.
TV channel Fox broadcasting the show declined to comment. It’s not the first time a controversial Republican politician has joined the show. Last year Sarah Palin hid behind the bear suit.
