Quickly joined by colleagues in uniform, the individual, a 48-year-old Sanflorain, was tested for alcohol, which turned out to be positive, with a blood level of 2.90 g/l.
In addition to the legal proceedings to which he is exposed for this blood alcohol level, the man has also seen six other traffic violations. His vehicle was immobilized and his driving license withdrawn, pending an administrative suspension decision.
