Game news Control: Remedy’s game topped two million sales

Released in August 2019 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, Control has just passed the milestone of two million copies sold. Remedy’s TPS recorded its highest number of monthly sales in November 2020, aided by online store promotions.
Information revealed during a live presentation animated by the executives of the Finnish studio. Remedy also notes that physical sales represent 40% of the game’s total sales in 2019, and only 10% in 2020. Available on Switch en version cloud since last month and in the Xbox Game Pass for console subscription since December 3, Control will be entitled to an Ultimate Edition with technical improvements in early 2021 on PS5 and Xbox Series.
On another note, the studio briefly touched on Vanguard, its announced live service multiplayer game. in September 2018. We are confirmed that it is fully funded by Remedy and that it will be offered as free-to-play, without further details.
