The game Control from developer Remedy Entertainment has now sold more than two million times. According to the company, last month was the best month for Control sales.

At the time, for example, the Ultimate Edition of the game was also discounted. That edition not only includes the expansions called The Foundation and AWE that came out before Control; specific this edition also gets the next-gen update for Control for the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. It will probably be possible to play the game at 60fps and the next-gen version may also get support for ray tracing, just like on the PC. It is not yet clear when exactly this next-gen update will be released, but that should happen in early 2021. By the way, Control is now too part of the Xbox Game Pass.

Control is available for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. The version for the next-gen consoles will therefore follow. The game puts you in the shoes of Jesse Faden, a young woman who has just been appointed director of The Federal Bureau of Control, a government agency that studies and controls paranormal situations. Faden soon encounters mysterious phenomena. In Control you control Jesse from the third person, where shooting and the use of magical abilities are dominant factors.
