Continuous vaccination against Covid-19 for young people aged 18 and over in the capital

Mexico City.- The Government of the capital, through the Ministry of Health (SEDESA), reports that, from Monday, June 20 to Friday, June 24, vaccination against COVID-19 continues in 31 Health Centers, a Specialty Clinic, four ISSSTE clinics, two IMSS Family Medical Units and the Center for Naval Studies in Health Sciences (CENCIS Marina) for young people 18 years of age and older with a first dose of AstraZeneca; second dose for people 18 years of age and older with AstraZeneca (vaccinated at least 8 weeks ago); AstraZeneca first booster for people 18 years of age and older who completed their regimen at least four months ago and additional AstraZeneca booster (fourth dose) for older adults and adults with serious comorbidities who received their last dose at least four months ago .

It should be noted that there is no calendar to serve people, so it is suggested to go on the date and time that suits them best, being certain that there will be sufficient availability of vaccines.

The requirements for the immunization of young people 18 years of age and older with the first dose are: official identification showing that they are 18 years of age or older; it is recommended to register in
mivacuna.salud.gob.mx (https://gob.us19.list-manage.com/track/click?u=3f472e2ed5d797b65a68c0ec…), download the vaccination file and go with it to the vaccination unit.

Youth 18 years and older requiring a second dose of AstraZeneca must have received their first dose eight weeks ago, bring proof of vaccination from their first dose (proof of vaccination accepted abroad), register at
mivacuna.salud.gob.mx (https://gob.us19.list-manage.com/track/click?u=3f472e2ed5d797b65a68c0ec…), download the vaccination file and go with it to the vaccination unit.

People 18 years of age or older who require their first booster with AstraZeneca must present an official identification that proves their age, have completed their vaccination schedule for at least four months and have their vaccination record printed.

People aged 60 and over, as well as adults with comorbidities, must bring their vaccination record, which can be downloaded at
mivacuna.salud.gob.mx (https://gob.us19.list-manage.com/track/click?u=3f472e2ed5d797b65a68c0ec…), having received their last dose at least four months ago, and presenting medical proof of comorbidity as a document, prescription or diagnosis that mentions the disease, condition or comorbidity, the name of the treating doctor and his ID number.
