U-19 national team coach, Shin Tae-yong, as claimed Iriawan did not object to the planning prepared by PSSI. Even so, Shin Tae-yong had several times expressed his intention to carry U-19 national team practicing in his hometown.
Meanwhile, the matter of practicing in the country will be the last option. If that happens, the U-19 national team will only hold trials against local clubs.
“Shin Tae-yong’s principle does not matter. It is important to be able to practice outside because we want a trial match with a strong team like yesterday in Croatia, Dinamo Zagreb, Qatar and so on,” said the former Jakarta Metro Police Chief.
