Inter Milan so far done well in the Italian league. Antonio Conte even booked a better record than Jose Mourinho.
Inter are extending their winning streak at Italian League by beating Cagliari by a score of 1-0 at the weekend. Nerazzurri now recorded as having won his last 11 matches in a row in the Italian League.
Thanks to the result against Cagliari, Inter are comfortable at the top Italian League standings with 74 points from 30 games. They are 11 points ahead of AC Milan in second place.
That means Inter get 2.46 points per game with Conte. Reported by Football Italia, this record is better than the one recorded by Jose Mourinho when he led Inter to the treble in 2010, which is 2.15 points per game.
Note Antonio Conte it only lost to Giovanni Trapattoni and Roberto Mancini. Trapattoni won 2.47 points per game with Inter in 1988/1989, while Mancini recorded 2.55 points per game in 2006/2007.
Conte also set a record. He brought Inter Milan to be the first team in Serie A history to win the first 11 matches in the second half of the season.
Inter Milan are by far the second most productive team in Serie A with 69 goals. Regarding defense, they are the best with Juventus, conceding only 27 goals in 30 matches.
The winning streak made Inter Milan getting closer to the Italian League title, which they last won in the 2009/2010 season. Romelu Lukaku et al only need 13 points from eight matches remaining to win the Scudetto.
