As a Legal Counsel (m/f/d) you will be part of a professional and highly motivated team and will be responsible for providing legal advice in the areas of “Entertainment Products”, “Procurement” and “Technology”. What’s waiting for you:
- As Legal Counsel Content (m/f/d) you will advise your contacts in the areas of entertainment products, purchasing and technology on all legal questions that arise in day-to-day business.
- You conduct negotiations with broadcasting groups, collecting societies and other rights holders as well as with suppliers (software, hardware, services) and infrastructure partners.
- You develop and implement solutions for the commercial and legal risks in the projects you oversee.
- You work closely with your internal contacts.
- You manage external lawyers.
What sets you apart:
- A completed law degree (1st and 2nd state examination).
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a lawyer or in-house lawyer in a large company.
- Knowledge of copyright, telecommunications and general civil and contract law.
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working, assertiveness and decision-making power as well as high team spirit and motivation.
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1 according to GER).
This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).

We are filling this position at the Düsseldorf location for Vodafone GmbH.
