DThe additional group will be operational next semester.
Due to the high demand and as part of the Lower Austrian childcare offensive, the municipality decided to expand toddler care for children aged one to three years in the autumn. Since the existing group is housed in a leased property opposite the school, space is now being created for the additional group in containers. The license for operation is granted for five years. In order to be able to open the group as quickly as possible, a rental option was unanimously approved at the local council meeting. The containers have already been delivered, so nothing stands in the way of commissioning at the start of the second semester.
“A big thank you on the one hand to the Kellerer family for the constructive and appreciative cooperation and on the other hand to the community team, especially the project manager Barbara Fandler-Stadler, for the committed and rapid implementation,” says ÖVP Mayor Georg Ockermüller happily.
