Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Blood tests – Private laboratory analyzes:
Monday and Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Friday : 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Additional parking available in the Freeman Park & Ride at no charge.
Policy for late appointments
If you are late, it is important to immediately contact us by calling 819 595-0790 to let us know. Leave a message on the answering machine if we are unable to take your call.
- Less than 10 min. : We may have to compress the time of your appointment but it is still possible.
- More than 10 min. : The reduction in appointment time can be significant and you may not receive the full service requested, depending on clinic traffic.
Your choice will be:
- either to present yourself knowing that you will not receive the full time reserved for your service and will have to come back to complete;
- or to make a new appointment in order to maximize your appointment with our healthcare professional.
NOTE THAT IT IS IMPORTANT ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT SO THAT WE CAN PROCEED WITH THE OPENING OF YOUR FILE.
