This is what La Libre Belgique reports on Saturday on the basis of a survey conducted by the HR service provider Acerta. The study was carried out the first half of July with 1,079 small and large companies.
Only 11% of the companies questioned at this stage are in favor of the idea of offering their employees such a check. On the contrary, 64% of companies oppose it today for two main reasons: an insufficient budget and the fact that other types of checks are already allocated.
In addition, 25% of the companies surveyed give themselves until the end of this year to decide.
