After a few years of reflection on commerce in the city center, Thionville officially sets up a trade, entrepreneurship and crafts office. The partners, which are the CCI Moselle, the City of Thionville, the Porte de France agglomeration community, Apecet, Daniel Gérard (representing traders not affiliated with the Thionville traders association), the Tourist Office Pays thionvillois tourisme community and the Chamber of Trades and Crafts, will take place in their premises at 3, place Anne-Grommerch, next January.

Coordinate and increase awareness of the northern Moselle living area
The objective of this group is to constitute a body aiming to coordinate and increase the notoriety of the northern Moselle living area. Especially the Thionvillois, because localities like Yutz and Terville should not be excluded.
“We must keep in mind that the Thionville basin is the first commercial pole of the Moselle in terms of flow, sales force”, underlined Fabrice Genter, president of the CCI, during the general assembly constituting the office . The jeweler Tom Gérard is the president, assisted by Pierre Cuny, Thierry Ghezzi, Philippe Fischer, Fabrice Genter, Carol Thil and Pierre Ciccia.
