The deputy chief commissioner of Buzău Consumer Protection, Cornelia Galer, declared on Thursday that consumers who do not pay appeared. They go to the restaurant with the bag of hair, nail or fly, eat three quarters of the portion and then “put what they need from the bag”.

Cornelia Galer said that, although most of the time the complaints are justified, there are people who use this tool to benefit from a meal at a restaurant for free, for example.

“As a rule, these complaints prove to be well-founded. There are also some unfounded ones. In order to understand what is happening in the market, a class of consumers has already formed who live without paying. This is what we found during the last years of investigating complaints, that is, as a rule, they are young people who have bags of hair, nails, flies, worms or I don’t know what else on them, they go to restaurants or on terraces, order, eat half or three-quarters, put what you need from the bag, take a picture, file a complaint,” Cornelia Galer said, quoted by Agerpres.
