Fans of fast food found what they were looking for during the “from garden to table” event which is being held at AFT Andavamamba since yesterday and until tomorrow. Those who don’t have the time to spend hours behind the stove are quickly won over by the solutions offered by the exhibitors.

No more time-consuming recipes

In addition to food products that are already popular with consumers such as “koba” and Talata-Volonondry sausages, many foodstuffs are coming to the forefront thanks to the “from garden to table” event. » at the Alliance Française d’Antananarivo (AFT). “The world of gastronomy is constantly evolving, and the same is true of the culinary arts. This is why I always come to these kinds of events to see new things”, testifies Miora, a mother who came to visit the stands. Among the new flagship products, we can cite the brand Aruba which highlights many products that stand out because they are quite easy to prepare and not time-consuming. “There are over 60 Aruba products, those presented at this event are only samples”according to Clara Ramiharivololona, ​​in charge of the exhibition standAruba.

Among the products on display for quick cooking, there are, among others, theAruba « Ice cream mix », which allows the preparation of ice cream in two hours; THE ” cake mix », allows you to make a cake in 5 minutes, without forgetting the Robin chocolate powder which you just have to dilute in water to drink cold or hot… “It’s very exciting because these products can be a big help in an environment where we are constantly pressed for time”says a mother, who came to obtain the products on site. C Soya also produces soy milk to accompany these foods. It was noted during this “garden to table” event that soy is an ingredient that can be used in the preparation of many recipes. “In addition to soy milk which can be consumed hot or cold, soy can also be used in the preparation of many pastries such as madeleines, cakes, etc. It can also be used to prepare cheese, mayonnaise , sausage, steak…”adds Clara Ramiharivololona.

Combinement

This AFT event, in partnership with Telma Madagascar, is the combination of local products, gastronomy and the art of the table. “This show concerns three spaces including the garden and organic, the kitchen and the table and also brings together three sectors of activity (the land, food and eco-responsible initiatives). If you want to make a strawberry mousse on a chocolate half-sphere and red fruit coulis, or how can I recycle my plastic waste? It is in this salon that you will find the tips”, says Monique Raharinosy, president of the AFT board of directors. She also took the opportunity to announce the color of this event. “Take advantage of the stands, workshops and conferences whose program is very attractive and already makes your mouth water.”
