The Consumer Protection Agency, in cooperation with Ford Global, launched a recall campaign for 512 Ford Fusion cars to replace screws (bolts) in the engine as a precaution.

This comes within the framework of the agency’s keenness to preserve the lives and safety of consumers and provide them with the necessary protection, and in line with the agency’s desire to conduct continuous reviews of all products in the market.
The agency called on consumers to submit their complaints to the device in case of necessity through the direct line 19588 from any landline phone or via the WhatsApp service 01281661880 or through the agency’s official website. Consumer protection on the social networking site Facebook or the device website www. cpa.gov.eg or the electronic application on smart phones of the Consumer Protection Agency.
