Referent (m/w/d) Technikmanagement München

permanent / full-time

Your tasks

  • Monitoring of operator obligations
  • Control of FM service providers
  • Coordination of events and parades
  • Evaluation and analysis of energy data in the energy management system
  • Preparation of energy saving proposals and cost-effectiveness calculations
  • Supervision of structural and technical conversion and renovation projects
  • Coordination and control of planners, architects and service companies including conducting contract negotiations
  • Cost and budget control
  • Preparation of the annual economic plan and long-term forecasts

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering or architecture or comparable training (e.g. master craftsman HLSKE, technician HLSKE)
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of FM, energy management
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and guidelines in facility management
  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally knowledge of CAFM systems
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a desire for new things
  • Negotiation confidence and assertiveness
  • Communication skills
