Nine red states seek to dismantle DACA
Nine Republican states led by Texas have asked a federal judge to dismantle the DACA program, which since 2012 protects the deportation of more than half a million dreamers.
The purpose of the petition is to nullify the rule of the Jor Biden government, which seeks to transform the program into federal regulation.
