The Bel’Via real estate program in Anglet continues to gain momentum. Construction of new infrastructure continues.
The foundation stone was laid on March 9, 2021, as part of the construction of the new Bel’Via residence, in the Larochefoucauld district, in Anglet (Pyrénées-Atlantiques). The ceremony, organized in a symbolic spirit, took place in the presence of the Eiffage company, prime contractor, and the 64 Housing Office, client. According to Claude Olive, the mayor, “Bel’Via and Larochefoucauld meet the challenges of tomorrow: living in an accessible environment, both financially and physically, peaceful and secure”.
Ultimately, the Bel’Via residence will have around thirty one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments and commercial premises. These will be spread over two buildings. “There you will find a beauty salon, restaurant, personal assistance service company, etc.”, specifies Hervé Lapastoure, director of Eiffage Immobilier Sud-Ouest. The objective of this project is to transform the face of the Larochefoucauld district and to mark the transformation of boulevard du BAB.
