Pedestrian crossings with independent lighting, new bus stops with panel structures, new parking areas for passenger cars and a large amount of greenery are also nearing completion.
The Růžové pole project, which offers great potential, includes future residential construction in the direction of Velké Přítočné next to the shopping center. The change in the zoning plan enabled the creation of a new part of the city, including the expansion of the offer of apartments.

– closure of Arménská street in the section from the intersection with Na Růžovém poli street to the Americká x Unhošťská x Arménská roundabout
– the bypass route for cars up to 6t will be from road I/61 along road II/118 (Milady Horákové)
– the bypass route from District 0 will be through Arménská and Pražská streets
– detour route for transit over 6 tons on roads I/61, D7, D0, D6
