Meanwhile, as we wrote in Next.gazeta.pl, in mid-July, the deputy minister of infrastructure and government plenipotentiary for the CPK, Marcin Horała, announced a reform of the rules of compensation for expropriation for public purpose investments. He explained that in accordance with the applicable rules, the basis for calculating the compensation is the estimated value of the property, which does not include the costs incurred in connection with moving or relocating a business.

The proposed changes presented by Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Marcin Horała consists in paying 10 percent. a bonus for each owner of an expropriated property and 20 percent. a bonus for owners of residential and commercial premises.
