Construction of 1,400 houses commences as the Vive Madrid Plan accelerates its progress.

Avalon Properties, as the awardee through two concession companies, and its associates San José Constructora, delegate developer, and Aedas Homes, through its line of business Real Estate Services and how ‘project manager’have started construction in November of 1,438 homes of the VIVE Plan of the Community of Madrid corresponding to lots 1 and 2.

These more than 1,400 homes under construction are located in 6 developments in the municipalities of Madrid (two in the Valdebebas neighborhood), Colmenar Viejo, Torrejón de Ardoz, Tres Cantos and Alcorcón; and they will be allocated to affordable rent with regulated rents, thanks to a pioneering initiative of public-private collaboration promoted by the regional government.

Work Permits for 2,094 units

The concessionaire companies of the project already have building permits for a total of 2,094 Plan Vive homesso that in the coming months they will continue placing cranes in the Madrid geography complying with the established deadlines and with the objective of delivering the first Vive developments and homes during the second half of 2024.

Los Lots 1 and 2 of the Vive Plan awarded to Avalon Properties are made up of 23 plots distributed in 10 municipalities on which they will be built 3,582 homes in total in the next two years.
