“Construction Delays Impact Three Residences in Northeast France – Victoria, Le Kayl, and Côté Village”

In total, three residences including a hundred lots almost all sold are impacted by the vagaries of construction sites which will resume this month. The Victoria residence in Hettange, the Le Kayl residence in Ottange and the Côté Village residence in Coin-lès-Cuvry.

Excavations and appeals filed with the Strasbourg administrative court have lengthened the delays in some of the projects dating back to 2018 for Coin-lès-Cuvry.

In Hettange, a couple managed to negotiate with the promoter, through their lawyers, the repossession of their property. This one is on sale again and will be delivered, according to the announcement, on 2^e quarter 2024.
