BOGOR, KOMPAS — Case numbers human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) in Bogor City has increased. Stigma and discrimination are obstacles in efforts to manage and reduce cases.
In commemoration of World AIDS Day (HAS) 2022 during the Bogor City-wide Human Rights Week series, Bogor Deputy Mayor Dedie A Rachim said that all parties have a role and must work together to reduce the number of HIV/AIDS cases. Bogor City aims for zero HIV/AIDS cases by 2030.
