Vienna – The Constitutional Court has confirmed: A promotional video on FPÖ TV, which alleged that animation characters named “Ali” and “Mustafa” with a fez on their heads were misusing e-cards, was discriminatory and therefore illegal. The video, released in 2018, is “primarily aimed at accusing a group of ‘strangers’ of socially harmful behavior across the board”.
