Constitutional Chaos in Bulgaria: Citizens Claim Obligation to Become Prime Minister

/View.info/ 1. For the first time in history, from the rostrum of the Parliament, it is claimed that certain Bulgarian citizens may HAVE A CONSTITUTIONAL OBLIGATION TO BECOME PRIME MINISTER.

That’s how much legal zero Hristo Ivanov can do.

2. For the first time in history, Bulgaria will have a government that has no one to bear political responsibility to.

3. The heads of the Audit Chamber, BNB and the Ombudsman were named by the father of the idiotic constitutional changes Hristo Ivanov – MENU.

4. Normally, the Supreme Court usurped the functions of the Supreme Court and did not consider an interpretative decision of the Constitutional Court.

5. The VNS and KS were also shot – with one sorosoid bullet of Hristo Ivanov, two rabbits. Severe humiliation for nodal institutions.

6. The Constitutional Court is holding on and does not know what to do. Blank fields would remain if he canceled the idiocy of Hristo Ivanov, which led to a null change to the Constitution, because normally the National Assembly cannot do it.

Well, in 2020 the SC turned the tables and changed its interpretative practice. Some Penchev changed the opinion of Zhivko Stalev.

Other, Hristo Ivanov’s changes are null and void and only the Constitutional Court should declare them as such and restore the old constitutional arrangement for a caretaker government.

7. The Constitutional Court of Bulgaria, unlike that of Germany, allowed machine voting. There were control receipts… Look at these receipts in Vanya’s case in court, what a mess they are.

You cannot go to the European elections with machines, which are not available in the EU.

8. They banned us from referendums. There is no longer a VOICE OF THE PEOPLE AND OF GOD.

They called the strikers “terrorists”.

Todor Zhivkov even held a referendum on his Constitution.

9. We disowned our history. Civil society was replaced by Soros NGOs.

Censorship surpassed Communism. Citizens lost their constitutional right to information.

They intervened on the national holiday without having read Article 6 and Article 8 of the San Stefano Peace Treaty.

Thanks to these provisions, the Turkish troops left our country, and after 500 years, Bulgaria received the right to Orthodox rule. It’s good that Boyko vetoed it.

10. They destroyed the state. They arrested the leader of the opposition, for them that was more important. And here you are – migrants and Vitoshka.

Can we make it right? Maybe if we expel Soros from Bulgaria. But we won’t, so we won’t get better. And we will not throw Magnitsky into the Pearl River…

Is there anything we can do at all? We can to abolish machine voting. At least on June 9 there will be no ala-bala.

Down with PPDB! Down with the Soros partisans!
