This according to a lawyer belonging to the company, writes AP News.

They write that the accounts have been closed as a result of what the bank believes are unauthorized transactions.

The incident is said to have happened last week and caused great concern within the company.

Jones has been ordered to pay large sums in compensation to those left behind after the Sandy Hook shooting. This is to claim that the massacre never took place.

AP writes that Jones currently owes a whopping $1.5 billion and that he has applied for bankruptcy protection.

A total of 20 school children and six staff were killed in the aforementioned shooting incident at the Sandy Hook school in Connecticut in 2012.

The bank that has closed the accounts must be American Axos Bank.
