In 2016, the technology group Kongsberggruppen gathered digital investments in the Kongsberg Digital business area. In a statement on Monday morning, it appears that the company is considering a stock exchange listing.
Carnegie and DNB Markets have been brought in as advisers, “to coordinate a possible listing of KDI during 2022”.
The goal
“The phase KDI is now in, makes it natural to assess both future partner models and other models in order to fully realize the value creation potential Kongsberg sees for KDI, including a stock exchange listing,” the report states.
The group aims for a turnover of NOK 2.8 billion for the area in 2025, and describes the ambitions as high. (Terms)Copyright Dagens Næringsliv AS and / or our suppliers.
