Zakharova singled out the foreign influence approach in her speech, noting that the study of states and associations took place between states, including those she considered “hostile.”
He added that there are countries registered in the documents of the Russians, including the new strategic concept of the North Atlantic Alliance, adopted in 2022.

Interestingly, Russia’s new foreign policy concept may be published early next year.
Instead, late last June, NATO adopted a new strategy following its summit in the Spanish capital, Madrid, until 2030.
Under these plans, the number of high readiness forces in the coalition’s eastern region will rise to 300,000.
He also stated at the time that existing battle groups would be upgraded to “brigade level when needed”.
