Pileup occurred on the Semanggi Toll Road towards Cawang, Jakarta. As a result, a number of vehicles were wrecked, including a truck loaded with rocks that overturned.
“Yes, that’s right, there was an accident,” said the NTMC Police call center officer, Dimas, when contacted detik.com, Sunday (12/9/2021) at 04.42 WIB.
Accident It happened on the Kuningan Flyover at KM 05.800 at 03.58 WIB. The truckload of stones spilled on the road.
“There are approximately 4-5 (vehicles) involved,” explained Dimas.
It is not known whether there were any casualties from this incident. The chronology and cause of the collision are also unknown.
“Currently it is in the handling and evacuation process, now (the road) can be crossed, there are some areas that can only be passed in one lane,” said Dimas.
Information from the Twitter account @TMCPoldaMetro, traffic on the Semanggi Toll Road in the direction of Cawang is diverted to the Senayan toll exit until the evacuation process is complete.
