Volunteer Jokowi Mania (JoMan) expressed support for the Governor of Central Java Pranowo reward run in the 2024 presidential election. In fact, Jokowi has not given any direction to his supporting volunteers. What are the reasons behind JoMan’s disobedience to Jokowi?
General Chairman JoMan Immanuel Ebenezer considers that support for Ganjar to run in the 2024 presidential election does not betray anyone. Because, the support was given on the orders of conscience.
“No one has been betrayed in this matter, JoMan remains upright with Jokowi and Jokowi’s volunteers remain solid and one voice. JoMan’s attitude today is because we are ruled by our conscience, which we cannot fight,” Immanuel told reporters, Friday (17/17). 9/2021).
JoMan claims that the basis for their decision to support Ganjar is no different from when JoMan decided to support Jokowi in the 2014 and 2019 presidential elections. At that time, JoMan was also ruled by conscience.
“It’s the same when we supported Jokowi in the first and second periods. We are all his supporters who are ruled by our conscience,” said Noel, Immanuel’s nickname.
JoMan seems to be ready to face the impact after declaring support for Ganjar. Although there are people who look down on them, JoMan admits that he will not change the direction of support.
“If people outside are cynical about our attitude, it is a risk. Our attitude will not change, we still support Mas Ganjar Pranowo 2024 for RI-1,” explained Noel.
Apparently, JoMan was not the only Jokowi volunteer who decided to support Ganjar to run in the 2024 presidential election. Jokowi’s volunteers in East Java also stated that they supported Ganjar to run in the 2024 presidential election.
The Jokowi volunteers named themselves as Pranowo reward (GP) Mania. JoMan is also a part of GP Mania. In fact, Noel was also present when GP Manis declared support.
