Conor McGregor done broken ankle surgery after UFC 264. He seems still angry with his opponent Dustin Poirier who eventually won a TKO.

At the end of the first round, Conor McGregor’s left ankle was broken. The horror injury caused his ankle to bend 90 degrees.
Referee Herb Dean stopped the fight. Dustin Poirier finally got the ticket to challenge the belt holder UFC lightweight, Charles Oliveira for the next fight.

“I just finished surgery and it went smoothly. This incident is part of the business in this competition with a broken tibia that shouldn’t have happened,” McGregor said on his personal Instagram.
“I want to thank the fans who came and supported me. I will bounce back,” he continued.

“Congratulations for the legit victory Dustin, but you are nothing. In the second round, I will show everything (beat him-ed),” concluded McGregor.
