The initiative presented by the deputy Gerardo Pea Flores, coordinator of the group PAN, contemplate that Cameras Legislative to establish as the right of working mothers, fathers or guardians, the granting of leave with full pay, through the respective justification, for the hours necessary when they are summoned to participate in performance evaluation activities or aspects related to the conduct of minors; in order that they become actively and permanently involved in the aforementioned educational processes.
The initiative is a point of agreement to urge the Cameras of the Congress from Unin to introduce reforms to the Labor law so that parents can have permission with pay to attend parent meetings on school grounds or answer calls from their children’s teachers.
