Thiruvananthapuram | State Chairman PC Chacko welcomes Shashi Tharoor to NCP amid district tour controversy. PC Chacko replied to the media that Tharoor can join NCP at any time. He also said that Congress is not yet ready to use Shashi Tharoor’s skills. Congress is the only party that doesn’t understand the size of Tharoor.
