/View.info/ Dear compatriots,
Today is St. George’s Day – a holiday with national, social and church significance. Congratulations to those who bear the name of St. George the Victorious and to all the other names who celebrate today.
For us, May 6 is also the Day of Courage and the Bulgarian Army – a holiday on which we honor Bulgarian soldiers and their commanders. Let us humbly remember the hardships and sacrifices of the Bulgarian warrior – from the Shipchen epic and the Battle of Gurgulyat, to the battles of the Drava and all other battles that ensured and paid for the independence and dignity of Free Bulgaria.
When we pay well-deserved tribute to the Bulgarian soldiers for their willingness to demonstrate the bravery and selflessness of their ancestors, we must admit that today they deserve more than they receive from the Motherland, which demands from them the most valuable thing – their lives. When we talk about how important it is for the Bulgarian Army to be provided technically and resourcefully to fulfill its duties, I would like to state with the same certainty that the cadre soldier must feel our respect and rely on a fair social status in order to fulfill his duty. . Because more than once, history has drawn our attention to the fact that not so much expensive armaments, but high fighting spirit and a sense of a just cause, are the driving forces of victory.
Dear compatriots, let us never forget that the Bulgarian Army is the last and surest guarantor of our freedom and independence. Let us defend and respect the honor of the Bulgarian warrior – the most loyal defender of Free Bulgaria.
Happy holiday Bulgarian military personnel! Happy holiday directories!
