The President of the Chamber of Ioannina Mr. Efthimios Chrysostomou expresses his congratulations to the Regional Governor of Epirus and all the Mayors who were elected in the P.E of Ioannina, as well as to all the Members of the Board of Directors of the Chamber who were elected to the Municipal Councils and the Regional Council of Epirus .
Specifically he stated the following:
