Arsenal defeated Burnley 1-0 on Saturday and secured their second straight victory in the Premier League. After the end of the match, boring scenes took place in the stands, when Arsenal and Burnley supporters ended up in a confrontation.
Law enforcement officers were quickly on site and stood between the team’s supporters in the stands at Turf Moor, but supporters still threw bottles at each other. After five to ten minutes, things calmed down and now the FA (the English Football Association) has begun an investigation, writes the English newspaper Daily Mirror.
Arsenal have six points after five games and are in sixth place in the table, while Burnley are second last with one point after as many games in the Premier League.
