This patient with heart disease suffered a cardiac arrest at 10:45 a.m. on the 26th while self-isolation after entering the UK on the 13th, and died at 11:27 a.m. after being transferred to the emergency room of the National Health Insurance Corporation Ilsan Hospital.

The quarantine authorities are investigating the exact cause of death, such as the corona mutant virus, as the patient’s infection was confirmed after entering the UK.

The government is taking steps to block the domestic introduction of the mutant virus found in the UK. From the 23rd to the 31st, flights from the UK were temporarily suspended and entry from the UK was banned.
