In a horrific crime, an Egyptian father confessed to killing his daughter by suffocation and then leaving her body in front of a building in the northern city of Alexandria, in a case that shook Egyptian circles during the past hours.
The accused, who is a worker in a restaurant in the city and has a criminal record, revealed that he had actually held his daughter’s breath because of her continuous crying.

He added, in his confessions before the prosecution, on Tuesday, that the incident took place in front of Al-Amrawi School, explaining that the 3-year-old girl had started crying and did not calm down with him.
He stated that he had mute herself, trying to silence her in vain, and when he removed his hand, he found that she was not breathing.
He also explained that he called her mother and uncle and told them, so his brother asked him to bring her to the hospital, but he refused.
He said, “I got on a microbus and put it on my shoulder as if it was sleeping.”
And he continued that he thought that her pulse was still with her, so he brought her juice and tried to water her, to no avail, so he also thought that he passed out, and when he was sure that she had actually died, he left her at the entrance of a building after he bid her farewell.

It is noteworthy that the second Raml Police Station had received a report from the Police Rescue Department stating that the parents had found the body of a child in front of an apartment in a property on Aziz Antoine Street in the Al-Seyouf Shamaa area of the department’s district.

After the officers of the department’s investigations unit moved to the al-Balagh site, the examination revealed that the property consists of 6 floors, with two apartments on each floor, and there is a corpse in front of Apartment No. 3 on the second floor, of an unknown 3-year-old girl, wrapped inside the blanket, fully dressed.
The owner of the apartment confirmed that he found the body in front of the door of his apartment until it was transferred to the morgue of Abu Qir General Hospital at the disposal of the Public Prosecution.
The identity of the child was identified as “Eiten A.F.H.M”, 3 years old, and that the defendant, her father “A.F.H”, 29 years old, a worker in a restaurant, residing in the Greater Amarwa estate, was previously accused in 7 cases of knives and narcotic pills. The last one is a case of harassment.
In addition, the Public Prosecution issued the report and started the investigation.
