The World Usability Congress is considered the most important conference for UX experts and enthusiasts worldwide. This year the event took place again in Graz from October 15th to 17th, 2024 and brought together UX professionals and strategists from all over the world. More than 50 top-class speakers from a wide range of industries presented their real UX challenges in interdisciplinary workshops and worked together with the participants on innovative solutions.
Workshop zum Thema „Usability Testing & Metrics“
Benedikt Salzbrunn, head of the master’s course User Experience Managementled a day-long workshop on “Usability Testing & Metrics”. The international participants included UX leads and experts from companies such as Coca-Cola, flixbus, ReBIT | Reserve Bank Information Technology (Reserve Bank of India) and ista.
The congress offered an excellent opportunity to make new contacts and exchange experiences. Over 20 alumni and students from the Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, the Master’s degree program in Software Engineering and the Master’s course in User Experience Management took part in the World Usability Congress 2024. In addition, teachers from the FH Technikum Wien and the Technikum Wien Academy such as Hannes Robier, Verena Seibert-Giller, Martin Kastler and Robert Pucher were among the participants.
