Conditions of participation: Leo Lausemaus competition on Facebook and Instagram

Ernsting’s family GmbH & Co.KG in Coesfeld-Lette (hereinafter also “Ernsting’s family“Called”) will hold a competition from February 8 to 14, 2021 inclusive. Ernsting’s family is solely responsible for the competition. This competition has no connection to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram. All persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of Ernsting’s family and their family members or employees and family members of a company that is economically connected to Ernsting’s family are excluded from participation. Participation is possible up to and including February 14, 2021.

Procedure and implementation of the competition

Participation in the competition takes place via the Facebook post and the Instagram post and is only possible through them. For each channel (Facebook page and Instagram page of Ernsting’s family) every user has the chance to win a Leo Lausemaus fan package as part of the raffle by using the comment function for the corresponding Facebook or Instagram competition -Post in the timeline on the Ernsting’s family page (http://www.facebook.com/ernstings-family) or in the Ernsting’s family feed on Instagram (@ernstingsfamily). The claim to the profit or the replacement cannot be assigned. A cash payment of the prize or a possible replacement is not possible.

Prize, notification and transmission of the prize

• The following are raffled: 1 Leo Lausemaus fan package on the Ernsting’s family Facebook page; 1 Leo Lausemaus fan package on the Ernsting’s family Instagram profile

A total of one winning comment on Facebook and one winning comment on Instagram will be randomly selected from all the comments written in the specified period. The winner will be notified via a private Facebook message or a private Instagram message and the email address of the Ernsting’s family employee responsible for handling the competition Dispatch of the prize is responsible. The prerequisite for winning is that the winner reports back to the employee by email within one week of receiving the notification of the prize. If the winner does not report back within a week, a new winner will be selected for his or her replacement or a prize comment will be drawn.

Other legal notices

Participation in the raffle is free and independent of the purchase of goods from Ernsting’s family.

By participating in the raffle online, the participants declare their unreserved agreement with the Ernsting’s family terms and conditions.

All participants agree that their details may also be saved by Ernsting’s family for internal company purposes. Ernsting’s family complies with all applicable data protection regulations.

Ernsting’s family reserves the right to change or terminate the course of the competition for extraordinary reasons, even at short notice. Should changes become necessary, Ernsting’s family will inform all participants accordingly.

The competition is subject to German law. However, this choice of law does not apply to the extent that the participant is deprived of the protection granted to him or her by those provisions of which the law of the state in which the participant (s) . has their habitual residence, may not be deviated from by agreement.

As far as legally permissible and necessary, Münster is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction.

As far as possible, legal recourse is excluded with regard to the implementation of the competition.

Privacy information

The contact details provided by you (such as your first and last name, address, telephone number, email address and photos) will only be processed in the context of carrying out and evaluating the competition. The data is only stored for as long as the competition requires and then deleted. The legal basis for processing is the handling of participation in the campaign in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR.

The data will not be used for other purposes or passed on to third parties.

With the revocation of the use of your data, you are foregoing participation in the competition.

Severability clause

Should one of the present provisions be wholly or partially ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected. In this case, the contracting parties undertake, taking into account the principle of good faith, to replace the ineffective provision with an effective provision that comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the ineffective provision and that is to be assumed by the parties at the time of the conclusion of the contract if they had known or foreseen the ineffectiveness or invalidity.
