Vietnam U-16 National Team potentially eliminated from AFF U-16 Cup 2022 after losing to the U-16 Indonesian National Team in a match that took place Saturday (6/8). Here are the conditions for Vietnam to be eliminated from the 2022 AFF U-16 Cup.

Referring to the 2022 AFF U-16 Cup rules, only the winner in each group has the right to automatically qualify for the semifinals. While there is only one best runner-up who can get a ticket to the semifinals.
With the condition as runner-up, Vietnam must first wait for the runner-up of another group to ensure a step to the semifinals or even be eliminated from the 2022 AFF U-16 Cup.
If you look at the current situation in Group B, Timor Leste and Thailand, which are the top two teams, have 4 points. The two teams will meet in the last match.
