The following acts: Using them without prior informed consent from the respondent or his legal representative and without prejudice to the provisions of the relevant laws.
And storing them after the completion of the medical research, or the surplus materials thereof for the purpose of using them in future research, or for any other purpose, without having previously obtained the informed consent of the respondent or his legal representative and the approval of the Supreme Council. It is also prohibited to trade in any form whatsoever with any human samples obtained for the purpose of using them in medical research
The approval of the Supreme Council is required, as well as taking into account the considerations and requirements of national security before the entry or exit of any human samples related to medical research from and to the Arab Republic of Egypt, for any purpose.
